Virtual Fields can be created on the fly using data currently in the database, along with a large set of mathematical components.
Profiling enhances the PinPoint analysis and visualization functionality by providing intuitive, wizard driven instructions for creating effective customer, prospect, or product purchase profiles. This tool allows any segment (or multiple segments) of customers to be profiled against the entire customer base and a report of key differentiating attributes is provided, including chi-square probability, index significance and z scores.
