Leading Data Quality and Data Integration Service Provider Promotes Acclaimed Developer to Position of Manager of Product Development

TAMPA, Fla. - March 4, 2008 - DataMentors®, Inc., the industry-leading full-service data quality and management solutions company, announced today that it has promoted Scott Selvia to Manager of Product Development. Effective immediately, Selvia will be responsible for the management and integration of all areas of development.

DataMentors President Robert Orf said that the continued unimpeded growth of the company was attributed, in part, to Selvia's talents, thought-leadership and collaborative personality within the programming group.

Selvia's career began at OKRA marketing. While with OKRA, he developed numerous programs for report applications, Graphic User Interfaces (GUI) and advanced to the position of Vice President.  From OKRA, Scott joined IBM, where he held critical development positions on several key OS/2 applications.  He also played a pivotal role in the development of a GUI-based SQL query builder tool with database table editor that was later patented by IBM.  From IBM, Scott joined Comdais, leading the development efforts on both a XML Application Programming Interface (API) for middleware servers and a SQL query XML API that interfaced with Oracle backend Ariba tables.  In 2003 Scott, joining many of his former OKRA colleagues, brought his programming talents to DataMentors, where he has been instrumental on countless projects within the organization, including the development of an SAP certified data quality enrichment adapter.
