Senior Data Analyst
The Senior Data Analyst works with the client to drive the overall development of data driven marketing solutions including: Objectives definition, required analytics and data mart development roadmap, ROI Methodologies, Predictive Modeling, Relationship Deepening Models, Relationship Value Proposition development, marketing and competitive analysis. Using innovative database marketing techniques, this role will help in improving response rates and ROI for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the overall client relationship, including identifying opportunities for applying analytics, building analytical solutions, delivering and implementing solutions, provide training and technical support on software and documenting work to ensure proper archiving and knowledge transfer.
- Develop analytical and data mining solutions to understand key business behaviors such as: customer acquisition, product up-sell and cross-sell, customer retention, lifetime value, channel preferences, customer satisfaction and loyalty drivers, creditworthiness and payment patterns, etc.
- Presents results to clients, consults heavily in implementing solutions, and measures the value of analytical solutions to reinforce the value proposition of data mining.
